About ICD
Iran Cyber Dialogue (ICD) is an annual global conference on technology and free expression. For its fourth year, we are collaborating with RightsCon.
Each ICD is attended by about a hundred tech innovators, researchers, policy makers, civil society groups and journalists. By attending, all guests agree to abide by the Chatham House Rule.
